Beta-Reading
Beta-reading is a great way to get feedback on your project in the early or stages, or even before you commit to line-editing work. Below are our list of available beta-readers.
Cat Voleur
Cat offers beta-reading services with a quick turnaround time. This is offered through Google Docs with in document comments and a wrap-up email summarizing any strengths and potential suggestions.
In your email, please include the length of the story, the genre/subgenre, and any applicable content warnings. Please note also if there is a required timeframe for the project.

-
$10 short story (10k words or under)
-
$5 for every additional 10k
-
+$10 for a rush request
Turnaround
I try to have all beta-reading projects completed within 1 week of request acceptance, but this varies depending on length and my availability. If you need it in a certain timeframe, please make that apparent in your request so we can discuss accordingly. I may charge a rush fee if I have to bump you up on my priority list to finish in time.
Developmental and Copy-editing
If you're getting ready to submit, query, or self-publish and are seeking that extra layer of polish, then having a piece professionally edited can set your mind quite at ease.
