When I first put this on, my first thought was that this Jester guy was a bit of an 'Art the Clown' wannabe, but he grew on me. I did like the bright orange suit & his mask. And also the sinister way in which he moves and pops up where he shouldn't.

We opened with an unnecessarily long title scene!

The acting was pretty average throughout, but it was shot well and there were some cool and creative kill scenes.

The story feels incomplete, as you are unsure why he does what he does, how he chooses victims or who (or what)he really is.

I'm not sure whether it's one I'd definitely recommend, but if you are bored one night and want to stick on an easy watch, then choose this.

He changes his look up in this one, and although I like the idea of being reborn as a slightly different version of himself, I did prefer his look from the first!

We do get more backstory and explanation on The Jester. I'm pretty sure this may be the only reason they made a second film. I wasn't too keen on the rest of the film as a whole, but again we got some creative kill scenes.

They are ok Halloween films to watch in spooky season, but like I say, I'd be in no rush to watch them😬
